Southern Patagonia Extension – Puerto Natales & Torres del Paine

ABOUT THE TRIP

This trip extension is a wonderful option for those of you seeking extra days of adventure travel.  Whether you are skiing in Chile or seeing some of the sights around Santiago and Vina del Mar, this is a great trip add-on!  For seeing the Torres del Paine National Park and Puerto Natales, you will need a minimum of 3 nights, but 4-5 nights are best.

Patagonia is truly a special destination like no other, with natural beauty abounding for miles.  In Torres del Paine National Park you will be able to enjoy trekking with a guide to some of the most remote sections of the park and we can customize your days, to ensure you see the park the way you would like.

From day hikes to week long treks, Torres del Paine is full of majestical beauty with towering mountain peaks, glacial rivers, snow capped mountains, crystal green mountain lakes, and an abundant variety of wildlife (Guanacos, Nandu, big cats, and the powerful Andean Condor to name a few).

TRIP ITINERARY

DAY 1: PUNTA ARENAS – PUERTO NATALES

• Arrive in Punta Arenas
• Transportation to Puerto Natales
• Check-in at hotel
• Overnight

DAY 2: PUERTO NATALES & TORRES DEL PAINE

• Breakfast at hotel
• Excursion to Torres del Paine National Park with lunch
• Return to hotel and overnight

DAY 3: PUERTO NATALES & BERNARDO O’HIGGINS NATIONAL PARK

• Breakfast at hotel
• Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers excursion with lunch
• Return to hotel and overnight

DAY 4: PUNTA ARENAS – SANTIAGO

• Breakfast at hotel
• Transportation to Punta Arenas
• Flight to Santiago
• Connecting flight home
